Why isn’t my password working?
Please pay attention to filling the login screen, taking care not to change uppercase letters to lowercase letters when appropriate, otherwise the system will present an error.

I have already paid the ticket (or paid via PIX) and still have not received my password.
Every payment made via ticket takes 1 to 3 business days to be processed by the banking system. You can anticipate your password by sending a copy of the payment receipt.

My purchase has already been approved by PagSeguro/Stripe and I still haven’t received my password.
Be sure to also check your SPAM folder. Your server’s management system may have diverted your message without you noticing.
